Early Childhood Alliance (ECA) provides early care and education resources for families, early childhood professionals and communities across northeast Indiana. ECA programs and services include: two licensed, accredited Learning Centers in Fort Wayne; a wide range of family services in home and group settings as well as through birthing centers/OB and pediatric offices; support and technical assistance for child care providers; and early education information for businesses to enhance employee services.
